About Lisa Straza

Meet Lisa

Real Estate Agent and Secretary of Historic Preservation Commission in Coeur d'Alene.

Thank you for your interest in working with me. I am a local Realtor who serves buyers and sellers in Coeur d’Alene with discretion, honesty, and superior attention to detail. Since embarking on my professional real estate career in 2005, I have helped my clients successfully navigate a variety of market conditions. This allowed me to gain experience in everything from luxury estates, coastal homes, and investment properties, to vacant land sales, short sales, and foreclosures.

My ability to produce quality, up-to-the-minute research to aid in my clients’ decision-making has been the key to success for me. It is also what led me to Coeur d’Alene, which I found after many long hours researching the Inland Northwest. Moving here was a new start, spurred by the high taxes and traffic congestion in my home state of California, which made me realize I needed a lifestyle change. In 2019 I was appointed Secretary of the Historic Preservation Commission and oversees historic preservation efforts in Coeur d’Alene.

As a seventh-generation Californian who spent 44 years in the Rancho Santa Fe area near San Diego, I have a high level of comfort and experience with the marketing and sale of golf course homes, luxury estates, vacant land tracts, and equestrian properties. This allowed me to seamlessly transition my business here and I already have a team in place, ready to assist in every aspect of your transaction, whether you’re looking to sell your dream home, purchase a starter home, or investment property.

Earning the trust and repeat business is everything to me, so I have continuously worked to advance my knowledge and refine my skills. To better serve my clients, I earned the Certified Residential Specialist designation, something that is held by only 3 percent of Realtors nationwide. Being the best real estate professional I can also mean being responsive, tactful, and courteous in all communications.

Having experienced the challenges of relocating firsthand, I know how important it is to have someone you can trust to manage all the particulars, pay careful attention to all the details, provide reliable insights and objective guidance. I have endeavored to be that person for my clients throughout my career and that is a big part of why I have been able to earn awards for my sales production. My background in interior design has also been helpful, as it has allowed me to create visually engaging staging concepts for my sellers, resulting in short market times and high sale prices.
If you choose to work with me, I will go above and beyond to provide you with a successful transition into your new surroundings or the highest possible return on equity. Thank you, Lisa.

Meet Haley

Haley Billingsley has a huge passion for seeing new places, which is probably why she is so effective as a real estate agent. Haley loves helping her clients find a new home in the Coeur d'Alene Idaho area, and she is always up for exploring new real estate opportunities. Lively and warm, Haley is always ready to help clients build a new home or sell their home so they can pursue new adventures.

Before becoming an agent, Haley worked as the Director of First Impressions at RE/MAX Infinity Group where she was responsible for inputting MLS listings for the agents and scheduling appointments. This exposed her to the inner workings of real estate, and she quickly showed promise which led to her promotion to Listing Coordinator followed by Office Manager. As Office Manager, Haley was responsible for managing over 30 agent's transactions, listings, and paperwork.

After a few years here, she pursued a new opportunity managing an office for a small Real Estate Team at a different brokerage. Here she expanded her role on the backend and front end by taking care of all reports, legal paperwork, showing homes, working directly with clients, and handling all marketing tasks. At this point she clearly knew that real estate was for her, so she took the plunge and officially obtained her license in 2019.

Tomlinson Sotheby's International Realty is where Haley chose to launch her new career as an agent, and she is ready to work hard to help her clients. Her extensive knowledge of the backend workings of real estate also aids her in offering clients advice and accurate estimates of how long their transactions will take to complete.

In her free time, Haley likes to get outside and explore. She is always looking for something new to discover. It should come as little surprise that she enjoys hiking, fishing, and camping all over the greater Spokane area. Her little mini Australian Shepherd can often be found by her side as she hikes her way through the region.
